Existing
buildings are being renovated, vacant lots have been purchased, and historic infill development is being added. Everything
has been designed to look as though it were originally built in the early 1900's.
We're looking for complementary
non-chain restaurants, upscale boutiques, art galleries or old fashioned retailers (candy store, pharmacy/soda fountain,
dry goods store, etc.) and office / professional tenants such as a law office, medical, CPA, or traditional corporate.
