CAN I RESERVE A LOT?

CAN I USE MY OWN ARCHITECT OR HOUSEPLAN?
Yes.
We have stock and custom plans available, but buyers may also use their own architect or house plan, as long as they conform
to the Gin Property's architectural guidelines as set out in the Gin Property Pattern Book. All plans are subject to

IS THERE A HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION?
Yes. The Gin Property
Home Owners Association (HOA) will own common areas, pocket parks, and the existing retention pond / water feature.
It will also contract and oversee maintainance of common areas and front yards or gardens. As it is currently proposed,
the HOA will also contract an amenities package with the proposed Boutique Hotel. Possibilities include both fitness
and recreational facilities. The Boutique Hotel is also proposed to provide a la carte services to residents such
as housekeeping, room service, and spa services.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH A DESIGNER READY BROWNSTONE?
There
are currently a few "designer ready" brownstones that have been constructed to the point of drywall, and are awaiting
the custom finish and colors that will be selected by each purchaser. The timeframe required to finish

WHAT SIZE LOTS ARE AVAILABLE?
The Gin Property will accomodate
a broad range of home sizes on Lots that range from 25'x40' to 70'x200'. Homes can range in size, including 2,500
- 5,000 sq. ft. brownstones, 1,500 - 5,000 sq. ft. homes, and 2,000 - 2,500 sq. ft. live / work townhomes. Please CONTACT us to arrange a meeting to discuss your needs. Once we determine what you're looking for in size, style, and attributes,
